We are working with the Town of Paradise to restore housing for former residents of Sherwood Forest Mobile Home Park who have lost their home during the 2018 Camp Fire. 

Through the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation and Construction program, the Town of Paradise is providing up to $100,000 in a loan with deferred payment with no payment for 30 years to purchase a new home. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to return to Paradise in a brand new home with very affordable payments. Please review the information below carefully. If you know other former residents who may be interested, please share with them. 

Program Features

• Low interest, deferred-payment loan to cover up to $100,000 to purchase a mobile home in Sherwood Forest Mobile Home Park.
• No monthly payment is required for 30 years. 

Requirements

• You must have owned lived in the home that was lost in the fire
• New home cannot be more than 10% larger than the original home
• You will need to return to the same lot that you resided on
• Your household income needs to be below 80% of average median income. See below. Income will be verified

Your house home income needs to be less than 80% of area median income as shown below. The income limit for the family size are as follows.

1 Person - $46,200
2 People - $52,800
3 People - $59,400
4 People - $65,950
5 People - $71,250
