• Spacious Lot - Our RV lots are around 45ft wide and 60ft long - spacious enough to accommodate the largest of RVs. 

• 100 Amp Electric Pedestal: Each lot is equipped with a powerful 100-amp electric pedestal, ensuring that you have all the power you need for your RV's appliances, electronics, electric vehicle, and more.

• Water and Sewer Connections: Stay connected to essential utilities with available water and sewer hookups at every lot. This makes your stay as convenient as being at home, no matter how far you’ve traveled.

• Competitive Price - Our monthly RV Lot rent will be $475 a month. We will also provide up 2 months free rent (every 3rd month is free) for Camp Fire and Park Fire Victims. 1 month free for all others (on 2nd month)
